A Talking Circle is a regular gathering where individuals can come together to share their experiences and to listen to others. Our Talking Circle is open to all. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life, whether you're looking to connect with others, share your experiences, or simply listen and learn from others.
We are offering Chair Yoga on Tuesday mornings taught by Alf Bashore. Chair Yoga helps build strength, balance, and energy in gentle but challenging classes. The regular practice of Yoga offers positive progressive change while remaining a fun way to grow.
Get the support you need. Every Monday at 5:30, Eating Disorder Anonymous meets at the Library. This is a wonderful recovery program for anyone with any type of eating disorder.
