Research has shown that students in traditional school settings can experience learning loss during the long summer break. Summer learning programs can help reduce this by providing structured educational activities and keeping children engaged in learning. Registration begins May 11th! Need a library card?    Library cards are free of charge for residents of Montour County and Rush Township, and Riverside Borough.   You can begin the sign-up process online or stop in the library.
